From the manufacturer
Why use a pet stroller?
Pet strollers are used for a variety of reasons. They help avoid stress on your pet's body if they are having trouble walking due to joint pain, arthritis, or recent surgery. Strollers also function as a crate on wheels. Wherever you go, your pet, whether it be a dog, cat, furry (or not so furry) friend, will be able to keep you company while remaining safely contained inside the stroller.
What is NO-ZIP?
NO-ZIP is the most innovative feature in pet strollers today! All strollers with the NO-ZIP feature have an easy-locking latch instead of a zippered closure. No zippers means no hassle, when trying to open and close the stroller. NO-ZIP technology allows you to easily gain access to your pet without fumbling with zippers!
Do I need Air Ride?
If you plan on jogging with your pet, taking your pet on long walks or to locations with rough terrain, the type of wheels on the stroller is a key factor to consider. The recommended tire type for any of the previously mentioned activities is Air Ride. Air Ride tires add extra comfort for your pet and provide an effortless stroll. With Air Ride you will also be able to lock the front wheel. This aids in stabilizing the stroller when jogging or traveling over rough terrain.
How do I select the best fit?
Please refer to the comparison chart below (Interior Dimensions / Pet Cabin Size) when selecting your stroller. If you are wondering if your pet(s) will fit in a certain stroller, a good visual guide (especially if you intend to use the stroller for more than one pet) is to take a towel and fold it to the same interior dimensions (length and width) as the stroller. Then, place your pet(s) on the towel to make sure they will fit within the space comfortably. You should also measure the height of your pet when sitting to make sure they are at least 4 inch less than the interior height dimension listed for extra comfort.

I purchased this one based on price, cuteness, and storage.
I bought a dog stroller for a few reasons (not just because I'm some crazy who thinks my dogs are my children) one being that when I take my dogs on a walk I always end up carrying them home. They don't want to walk as far as I do and even though they're only 4 and 8 pounds its still a hassle to carry them. Reason number 2 being because my oldest dog had just had surgery and I knew she wanted to go out and have fun but she needed to keep movement to a minimum. Reason 3 being my biggest reason, my two chorkies do not get along anymore. They will fight to the death if I don't separate them. I hated choosing which one I take on walks. With this stroller they can be together and not be able to kill each other. After 3 years of them fighting I am finally able to take them BOTH on walks. When one gets tired they switch places, its perfect.
My oldest chorkie is 4lbs and you can see (she's the little brown one) just how small she is compared to the size of the stroller. For her its a little too big.
My youngest chorkie is 8lbs and she takes up more of the stroller but is still able to move comfortably. I have tested it and she is completely able to sit up and turn around.
The wiener dog is a client's dog who has the same stroller, I'd guess she's probably about 20lbs (little fatty lol) and she is also able to move but not fully turn around in the stroller if she is facing the wrong way because she is so long.
Both my stroller and my client's are exactly the same so I have been testing them both. My stroller is brand new while my client's is probably a year more older.
Both are in perfect condition. My client's stroller is used daily by several people and is holding up perfectly well. Even the wheels still look great.
I know its been mentioned but this is not a jogger. If you try to jog with this stroller the front wheels will wobble. The wobbliness is connected to the weight of the dog. If I try to run with the 4lb dog it wobbles as soon as I get even a little speed. 8lb dog I can go a little faster and 20lb dog a little faster than that. But anything over a slightly quick pace will make the wheels wobble. But for a normal casual walk its perfect.
Pushing the stroller on grass isn't easy. Just don't bother.
I prefer to use the stroller in the street on a calm neighborhood. The sidewalks here are so broken and beat up that I am sure it gives my dogs a rather bumpy ride. If you have a nice smooth path or walking trail that would be ideal. The wheels are basically plastic and there isn't much give to them.
This stroller can definitely hold more than one dog. If my dogs got along I know both would fit in comfortably although there is only one tether.
SOOOOOO about that darn tether. The hook on it is like what you'd find on a leash but its not the highest quality of metal. It'll do the job but I think it might break eventually. I tried leaving the shade open for both of my dogs and each one tried to jump out when provoked by another dog on the street or at first when they weren't too sure about the stroller. Thank god I had them each in harnesses because they just hung there about 6-8 inches off the ground. If you use the tether make sure your dog is in a harness!!! Do not connect it to their collar or they could get strangled!!
The cup holders at the top are useless for actual cups...maybe if it was just small one serving water bottle but for the most part its not going to hold your Tervis. They're maybe 1.5 inches deep. Perfect for holding your keys and phone though.
The storage at the bottom is amazing though. I am able to put my 24oz Tervis water bottle, a little bottle of water for my dogs and their travel bowl, extra leash, and extra poopy bags down there and still have tons of room for their food, and a lunch for me if we were going somewhere for a while.
The height of the stroller is great. I'm 5'4 my hubby is 5'6 and its comfortable for both of us. I guess if you're super tall or super short it might not be but for us average people I have no complaints. The height is not adjustable.
I chose this stroller because of the No-Zip technology. I didn't want to mess with trying to zip something and I'm glad I trusted my gut on this. Its a little hard to latch though. It takes a lot of pressure to click into place but its been getting easier the more I use it. If you're going to have your hands full the no-zip is the way to go hands down. I hate strollers that zip.
I can honestly say that I don't think there is a single way that your pet could escape while the door is shut. Its literally like having a kennel on wheels.
The mesh in the front seems strong. When my little one decides she wants out she starts pawing at the mesh and so far nothing has ripped.
There's a pad that comes with the stroller but its not very fluffy at all. I added a pet blanket and extra little cushion because it seems like my pups lay down and relax more where its the most fluffy.
Overall this is a great stroller for a great price. I've used strollers that cost $300 before and I still like this one better. Although I wish it had rubber wheels for better traction and rougher terrain.
So my final thoughts are, its well made, I plan to use it for many years to come and probably longer than my current pups will be alive. (although I wish they'd live forever)

ASSEMBLY:
Assembly was a cinch. The stroller comes in a large box and is 98% assembled, all you have to do is unfold it and pop on the wheels.
The 2 front wheels just pop on with the aid of an easy to press tab that locks them in place. The rear wheels must be assembled onto the rear axle, which involves pushing each wheel onto the axle, placing a washer, a cotter pin, and then a hubcap.
Next you press the "seat" down all the way until the Velcro and a clip engage. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes, and that was with me consulting the manual because other reviews made me think it must be more complicated. It's not. Piece of cake, no tools required.
QUALITY
The quality is much better than I was expecting. It feels quite sturdy, even with my dog in it. Yes, if you left your dog unattended or if you weren't paying attention, it could tip over. Yes, If you hang stuff from the handle it might tip over. Yes, if your dog jumps up again st the back it might tip over. The exact same issues exist with child strollers, and the same rule applies - don't leave your dog unattended when it's in the stroller. Don't overload the stroller - it's rated for up to 30 pounds. Use common sense and you'll be fine.
I don't plan to take my dog off road in this, my plan is for walks on sidewalks and the farmer's market, where the pavement gets way too hot for her to walk safely. However, while the wheels are made if hard plastic, they are much larger than on, say, a cheap umbrella stroller. I would imagine it would do fine on harder surfaces, like firm grass.
OTHER THOUGHTS
Overall, I agree with the reviewers who said it's smaller than they imagined. I have a 16 pound Schnauzer/Yorkie mix who is basically a slightly shorter mini Schnauzer in size. When standing, her body pretty much fills the stroller. However, there is plenty of room for her to turn around, sit, and lay down because while it isn't very wide, it's plenty long.
The built-in collar clip to keep the dog from jumping out if the top is open is a little too short for my dog when she's standing or sitting. That's an easy enough thing to remedy, however. In my case I plan to gave her in a harness when she's in the stroller, so I will just fasten the harness with the leash clip under her. That will probably my be more comfortable for her anyway.
There is not a cushioned pad inside, only a thin board to reinforce the bottom. The stroller isn't terribly deep depending on the size of your dog, so you'll want to pad it accordingly. I don't want anything thick in there because my dog is taller, so I will go with a towel or blanket.
The basket underneath is really good size, but there isn't a lot of clearance for getting into it when the dog is in the stroller. It is attached with straps that snap, though, so it's easy to unsnap one corner if necessary.
Finally, if you aren't used to using strollers, it might take a time or two to get used to how it folds down. First, you have to un-snap the front of the stroller and release the top from the Velcro that holds it down. Then pull up on the black hooks on each side of the basket, and press down on the back/handle. It will fold down against the back wheels. The first time or two it requires a bit of pressure to fold it down and the angle is a bit awkward, just like with baby strollers. If you've used baby strollers even remotely recently you'll be fine. I figured it out, and I've folded a stroller under 10 times in my life.
Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. The color is fun without being obnoxious. It's also not black, so it shouldn't absorb quite as much heat. The front mesh area is nice and big so no matter how little the dog is, they could see out. And the no-zip entry is really nice - you pull the top down over the dog and clip it in one spot and you're done.
My only complaint is that the cup holders are really shallow. They'll be fine for cans or other shorter cups, but not very secure for a huge cup. :) I definitely think it was worth what I paid ($53)
